Council Director

The Council Director for Girls on the Run Greater Charlotte leads and ensures the success of the council, overseeing a team of three staff members and partnering with an advisory board to expand impact and achieve organizational goals. With centralized finance, HR, and technology support from GOTRI, this role focuses on program growth, fundraising, partnerships, and community engagement. Ideal candidates bring strategic vision, leadership experience, and a passion for driving meaningful growth.
